The Return Policy is applicable to Users who have purchased Products through the Website, it provides Users who have purchased Products through
the Website with options to return or to exchange Products.
You may request to return any Products you have purchased within 7 business days of receiving the Product at your delivery address for any of the following reasons:
* The Product delivered is not what you ordered
* The Product delivered is expired or damaged.
You may only return Products that are:
* Unconsumed, unused, unworn, undamaged and unwashed
* In their original packaging
* Unopened and unmarked
* Returned as a whole and not broken into parts

Upon receipt of your return request, we will review your return request decide to:
* Replace the Product with a new item
* Give you a full refund for the Product
* Credit your account with the value of the Product
* Inform you that your Product is not eligible for return
